This year, participating artists worked with the theme “RE:VIVE” to create eye-popping art pieces that will bring back brilliant energy to these popular areas after the dark times caused by the pandemic.

Awakening Bangkok is bigger than ever this year, with nearly 50 showcases and more collaborations. Chinatown’s hub of hip bars will launch exclusive tipples just for the festival, while GrabFood will host a food market right in front of the Central Post Office Building. Time Out Bangkok is also collaborating with GrabFood for a digital mapping showcase and fine-dining events co-hosted by Bangkok’s leading chefs.

There will also be a daytime walking tour for those interested in exploring the many long-standing restaurants and iconic buildings in Bangkok’s Old Town.
