Shopping centers parented by Siam Piwat have co-announced a statement they have been keeping a close eye on the outbreak of the new coronavirus and have implemented a number of monitoring and precautionary measures for the safety of their customers. These measures are such as:

  • Set up medical stations to be able to send suspected cases to nearby hospitals upon detection or request.
  • Introduce new disinfection and ozone treatment technology to keep the air-conditioning system sanitized.
  • Touch points, such as elevator buttons, escalator handrails, and door handles in restrooms and entrances, are monitored by sanitation staff and sanitized more frequently.
  • Hand sanitizers are provided across the shopping centers.
  • All staff members have been informed and educated about the coronavirus.
  • A special committee has been appointed to keep track of the coronavirus outbreak and put on constant alert for updates and notifications from the Ministry of Public Health to ensure preparedness if heightened preventive measures become necessary.

  • Sanitize touch points, floors, and shopping areas with disinfectant every 30 minutes.
  • Spray disinfectant chemicals in all elevators every 30 minutes.
  • Put on signages explaining these precautionary measures, and instructions to follow when feeling unwell.
  • Staff members are informed of the protocol to transport suspected cases to the nearest hospital.
