Blackpink, unarguably the hottest South Korean girl group today, has announced that they’ll be kicking off their In Your Area World Tour in Bangkok next year.
Formed by K-pop giant YG Entertainment in 2016, Blackpink consists of South Koreans Jisoo, Jennie and Rosé, and Thai-born member Lisa. The girl group is the highest-charting female K-pop group on the Billboard Hot 100, thanks to megahit "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du," which also set a record as the most-viewed Korean music video in 24 hours on YouTube at the time of its release.
Blackpink's first concert in Bangkok will be held at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani on Jan 12-13, 2019. Ticket details will be announced soon, so stay tuned!
