Guss Damn Good, Bangkok’s most creative ice cream purveyor, has launched its Spring Full Bloom Journey series, which includes five new flavors inspired by various Taiwanese teas.

“This special tea series consists of five special flavors created from five varieties of tea that we brought back from Taiwan [in the] winter of 2019,” the brand explains. Spring Full Bloom Journey is packaged like a tasting menu, where you follow a certain sequence to get the best ice cream experience.

Guss Damn Good recommends first trying Pou Chong, a flavor with a light floral aroma, and then Si Ji Chun, which hits your palate with the stronger notes of gardenia.

Follow these up with Oriental Beauty, an aromatic flavor that epitomizes the essence of the entire tea series. The fourth, Amber Oolong, is the smokiest and will leave a bittersweet taste in your mouth. Finish off the journey with Jasmine Green Tea, which beautifully balances out all the previous flavors.
