4thFloor Drip Bar, the hidden cafe situated on the fourth floor of Baker Gonna Bake in Soi Sukhumvit 26, has been offering coffee and tea-based concoctions. Here comes the sad news. This Saturday and Sunday (30 June and 1 July) will be your last chance to sip some of its most creative brews as the hip café will bid farewell to its current location this weekend.
4thFloor Drip Bar became a buzz thanks to creative mocktails that make use of home-brewed tea and coffee that incorporate local ingredients to create complex, flavored drinks like coffee-based Chor Ginnaree with a dash of ginger and roselle syrup and Toob Tab — the café’s interpretation of Southern-style Thai coffee.
After the farewell, barista-owner Worawut Joowattanapong revealed to us that he will be staging pop-up café at Ekkamai Macchiato to churn out cold-brew coffee with a creative notch.
