On September 1, however, life outside the roof has finally returned to the city. With the gradual decrease in the number of COVID-19-positive cases, the authorities deemed it appropriate for businesses to start reopening and some rules to ease off, which includes the green lights for certain venues to provide services like restaurants, shopping malls, massage parlors, public parks, and a few more.
