When we heard that the city's beloved bubble tea brand, Mr.Shake, was introducing a new line Mr. Shake Beyond to focus more on premium products, we were thrilled. It's so hyped up that we decided to give it a try, visiting its pop-up on the third floor of Siam Paragon.
What makes Mr. Shake Beyond different from the original brand is that every single drink here is mixed freshly by hands. The so-called artisanal practice thus comes with higher price tags. Drinks are double-priced, ranging from B75 to B145.
We did try the Bubble Beyond Milk Tea (B95), and despite the brandnew concept and cute-looking container, we have to admit that it tasted average. With regards to the price paid, we might wanna stick to our old pal Mr.Shake.
