Bangkok’s love affair with burnt cheesecake is not ending anytime soon. Fuelling the craze even more is Jêrome, the popular cheesecake brand from Ginza, Tokyo, which has just opened its first shop-in-shop outside of Japan on Soi Thonglor 13.

Jêrome is the brainchild of Jêrome Quilbeuf, the former head chef of three-Michelin-starred Sant Pau Barcelona and two-Michelin-starred Sant Pau Tokyo. He launched his namesake brand last year and his specialty quickly became one of Tokyo’s most popular cheesecakes, thanks to its gooey, melt-in-the-mouth texture that no one can beat. Pretty soon, the brand was collaborating on projects with top brands such as Nespresso and Blue Bottle Coffee.

Jêrome Cheesecake is open as part of Mont Blanc by Kyo Roll En, a Japanese-style dessert cafe on Soi Thonglor 13. Each cheesecake is priced at B250 apiece.
