Mauro Colagreco, the award-winning chef from France's three-Michelin-starred establishment Mirazur, will arrive at Capella Bangkok on April 28 to host an exclusive dining event for only four days at the hotel's one-Michelin-starred French restaurant. Colagreco will be joined by Côte's Chef de Cuisine Davide Garavaglia to cook a nine-course tasting menu under the concept of Riviera to the River that showcases the essence of Mediterranean cuisine.
