Progressive Indian restaurant Gaa is hosting a pop-up dinner for two nights prior to the relocation of the venue. Head Chef Garima Arora will serve the signatures alongside new dishes in the 12-course tasting menus.

Since 2017, Gaa has graced the fine-dining scene in Bangkok with its ambitious and exciting meal by the very hands of female culinary mastermind Garima Arora, who boasts a whole new combination of Thai and Indian ingredients.

Only one year after emerging in the city, the restaurant received one Michelin star, marking Arora as the very first Indian female chef to achieve this prize. Furthermore, in 2019, Gaa debuted at number 16 on the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and number 95 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants, a double achievement that shot Gaa to the top of the scene.

Now, Chef Garima and her crew has prepared to move onto the next phase. Gaa is about to leave Langsuan to a new (and yet to be announced) spot. However, to make a proper farewell to the original location, they will host a pop-up dinner for only two nights.

The dinner will be a 12-course tasting menu, "So Long Langsuan". Accordingly, the menu will feature Gaa's signatures like frozen chicken liver pâté with longan; savoury betel leaf with duck vindaloo; Kerala “surf and turf” with caviar, koji bread and banana water; and grilled baby corn.

The can't-miss highlight is the innovative desserts: eggfruit ice cream with spiced nuts and jackfruit; and sweet paan leaf and betel leaf with chocolate and cardamom.

The dinner is priced at B3,800++ (per person), which be held at Spice Market at Anatara Siam Bangkok Hotel on September 25 and 26 from 18:00.

To make a reservation, please contact 0 2126 8866 (ext. 1232) or spicemarket.asia@anatara.com.
