After saying goodbye to its original spot at Langsuan, one-star Michelin GAA is gearing up for a new location at Soi Sukhumvit 53. Prior to the grand opening soon, Chef Garima Arora and her team are now ready to introduce their new culinary venture HERE.

This new eatery is Chef Garima's brand-new undertaking that focuses on a more casual and playful vibe but still maintain the chef's signature of modern Indian cuisine. HERE is stylized as a modern Indian breakfast canteen and wine bar that hones in hearty all-day meals with the likes of black rice dosasweet and savory millet porridge, paniarams (Indian tea snacks), kulfis (Indian ice creams), as well as a big series of beverages from coffee to bubbles.

According to press, Chef Garima said that she always aimed to open "a fun everyday place". "When we found this perfect location, the idea of building a restaurant inspired by an Indian canteen came to me instantly. HERE is intended to recreate the energy of a canteen as we know it back home where you can walk in for real, comforting and nutritious food that packs big in flavor. In a way, it’s the kind of restaurant where I want to eat at for breakfast, lunch and dinner," said the chef.

HERE will be located on the first floor of the 60-year-old Thai house in Soi Sukhumvit 53, which is also a new spot for GAA. The canteen is planned to welcome all guests in mid-November. Fans of Michelin-starred Gaa can now prepare to experience a new taste of what the female culinary mastermind has up her sleeve for the up-and-coming HERE.
