Living here means fewer Grab rides and far less time staring at Sukhumvit traffic wondering why you agreed to leave the house.
The newly launched First Release Penthouse Collection shifts the project further upmarket. Spanning 151-161sqm, these residences prioritise long-term living rather than temporary city pads.
