The new phase of coronavirus outbreak in the kingdom has once again forced upmarket hotels in Bangkok to bring to the market room rates many of us have never thought to see. The latest hotel jumping onto the bandwagon is Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in Asok,

Said to be the cheapest in its operation history, the five-star hotel, best known to gourmands for its award-winning Italian restaurant Rossini's and Jazz bar Living Room, now retails its 45-square-meter Grande room at B1,415++ (B999 net after 'We Travel Together' government-subsidy discount). Guests are offered ear check-in at 8 am and late check-out until 6 pm. Breakfast is not included with this price.
