Singapore’s Carlton Hotel has now opened its doors in Bangkok, joining a long list of new hotel openings in the city this year.
Located between Soi Sukhumvit 27 and 29, the 34-story Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit comprises 338 rooms and suites, and is equipped with five-star wedding and meeting amenities. Guests can unwind at the swimming pool, stick to their regular gym regimen at the fitness center, sip freshly-brewed cuppas at Tuxedo Coffee Bar, and savor known Singaporean dishes like chicken rice, buk kut teh, and laksa at all-day-dining Plate.
Soon-to-open eating and drinking venues include Wah Lok, the Bangkok outpost of a dining institution that has been serving Cantonese fare at Carlton Singapore and Cooling Tower rooftop bar, which promises an opportunity to sip refreshing cocktails while appreciating views of Bangkok’s skyline.
