The new chapter of 80/20 under the direction of the people behind Vesper and Il Fumo

Foodie Collection, Bangkok-based F&B empire by husband-and-wife restaurateurs Choti and Debby Leenutaphong, has bought stakes at Napol Jantraget and Saki Hoshino’s 80/20 and set to relaunch it in November 2018. The refurbished dining joint will inject innovative twists into local ingredients 80/20 has been known for, yet with a more refined approach. The group’s bar manager Supawit Muttarattana will also be whipped up cocktails to match with the fare.
