Here comes another good news for staycation-loving pet owners: The Sukhothai Bangkok is the latest hotel to welcome with open arms all guests and their pets under its grand roof of luxury.

If you thought this would come with a high price, then let us tell you this. From today, you can check in the hotel with your small fellow for the additional charge of B500 per night for one pet.

However, there are some requirements for your little paws. Your pet must weigh less than 35 kg (about 77 lbs) and have been vaccinated and trained, according to the hotel’s rules. What’s more: unless in your own room, your pet must be on a leash when entering any part of the Sukhothai’s premises.

While the dining and drinking zones, the fitness center, and the pool area are the only spots where your pet cannot accompany you, the hotel also offers a pet-sitter service with extra charges.
