Available for dinner on both Christmas Eve and Christmas at The Embassy Room at B4,500, guests are treated to a five-course feast consisting of an amuse-bouche of mud crab and Oscietra caviar, followed by Canadian lobster ravioli and a choice of lamb tenderloin or toothfish and truffle. The meal ends with a classic Bouche de Noël cake of chocolate and chestnut.
