Luxury resort Trisara Resort in Phuket is treating guests to a series of delectable meals set amidst inspiring backgrounds during the long weekend between 25-27 July 2020, under the campaign “Dine Good Do Good Weekend” that reflects Trisara's Dine Good Do Good philosophy to support sustainability and local communities.

Over the course of three days, weekenders will indulge in gourmet meals crafted by Trisara's three award-winning chefs and complete with specialty beverages.

On July 24 and 25, Hideaway at PRU Jampa invites you to enjoy a meal amidst PRU Jampa Farm's lush green vegetation. Seasoned chef Chris Eiting, an Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants chef, will be showcasing Zero-Waste Cooking technique that leaves near-zero leftovers. The dishes are created from produce grown on the farm and ingredients sourced directly from local farmers.

Chef Chris’s signatures include the famed Wood Fire Beetroot that will impress you from the first bite and the harmoniously seasoned Grilled Lobster and Sardines. Take in the gorgeous view of the lake along with the vibrant colour palette of the surrounding scenery while basking in a lively and fun atmosphere and spend quality time with friends and family. The 4-course Hideaway at Pru Jampa package is 2,000++ baht per person (normal price 5,950++ baht). The package with alcoholic beverage add-on is 5,550++ baht per person (normal price 8,500++ baht).

On Sunday 26 July, escapists will get to savor seafood dishes Chef Kla Prakobkit at Seafood at Trisara, a Michelin Plate restaurant. Excellent service, local premium ingredients sourced from all over Thailand, finely selected seafood and extensive drink menu make for an unforgettable oceanfront Sunday feast, filled with happiness, relaxation and smiles. The dishes, created by award-winning executive chef Kla, include freshest of seafood including lobster, oysters and more. SUNDAYS at Trisara package is 3,100 ++ baht per person (normal price 7,100++ baht), and package with alcoholic beverages is 3,700++ baht per person (normal price 7,700++ baht).

Between 24-27 July, you will get to enjoy delectable creations at PRU, Phuket’s first and only Michelin-starred restaurant. Chef Jim Ophorst and is team takes the opportunity to further progress the “Dine Good Do Good” philosophy. At the heart of this philosophy is the idea of supporting local communities to strengthen local relations. PRU has not only sought its new agricultural supplies but has also turned to local artisans to aid in table décor and dish plating. Stellar dishes include Wagyu short rib and fresh tomato. The 5-course PRU dinner package is 4,900 ++ baht per person (normal price 6,500++ baht), and package with alcoholic beverages comes at 7,900++ baht per person (normal price 9,500++).
