Supawit Muttarattana, bar manager and bartender of Foodie Collection (the restaurant and bar conglomerate which includes Vesper, Il Fumo, La Dotta, Via Maris and 80/20), was crowned the winner of Campari Bartender Thailand Competition 2018 at Sofitel Sukhumvit and will represent Thailand in the Asia Finals in Milan.
Supawit wowed the judges with Lunga Vita — the caffeinated take on Negroni, in which the bartender injects his version of "clarified red vermouth caffe latte" and chocolate bitters into the classic Italian cocktail. Also making the final three are Koh Samui-hailing Dennis Thurner from Tiki Box and Worawut Changkrom from Cielo Sky Bar.
