Along with our fellow Time Out cities across the globe, Time Out Bangkok is releasing this year’s Time Out Index to investigate the reality of city living today. Last year, we asked 15,000 people around the world some big questions about the cities they lived in with hopes in finding out the world’s most overrated neighborhoods, the best places for going out, eating, and so on.

Last year's survey revealed that Bangkok is the unofficial world’s street food capital with more people eating on the street than anywhere else (42 times a year on average). Bangkokians are also the biggest restaurant-goers, with 94 percent eating out at least once a week.

But how happy are we in 2019? Is Bangkok still the street food capital of the world? Do Bangkokians still love eating out? We'd like to hear your thoughts about our beloved city. What do you love about living here? What gets on your nerves? Is it easy to find a date? Is it still affordable?

Take the Time Out Index 2019 now and tell us all about life in Bangkok today. It’s fun and anonymous, it takes about ten minutes, and when you’re done, we’ll reveal your soul city: the place that you absolutely have to visit this year, based on your survey answers. There’s only one way to find out…

Start the Time Out Index survey now.
