Time Out says

Banyan Tree Bangkok teams up with S.Pellegrino for HERitage Week, a seven-day programme spotlighting female chefs, mixologists, winemakers and cheesemakers across the hotel’s dining venues. The line-up runs from March 2-8 and includes dinners, rooftop parties, wine tastings and bar takeovers, each spotlighting women shaping today’s culinary and drinks scene.

Highlights range from a six-course royal Thai dinner on the Apsara Cruise with Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe, to a Peranakan feast at Bai Yun led by Michelin-starred Malaysian chef Beh Gaik Lean. Elsewhere, expect fire-led degustation menus at Saffron Grill, pizza and rooftop cocktails at Saffron Sky Garden and a Thai wine and artisanal cheese night at Vertigo TOO.

The week closes on International Women’s Day with a six-course Mediterranean tasting aboard the Saffron Cruise by Chef Vicky Sevilla of the Michelin-starred Arrels in Barcelona.
