Amongst the stars is the Kho Khun steak on a sizzling pan that is seasoned with only butter, salt, and rosemary, but what makes this offering special is the torching technique that the chef burns the steak a little to make the meat more aromatic.
Spicy Thai dipping sauce is also available for those who love a little zing and zest to their meat, as well as the pork alternative for those who don’t quite fancy beef.
