KiSara at Conrad Bangkok dishes out a lobster-lover’s dream with a 10-course omakase served only at its intimate sushi counter. Curated by executive chef Ryan Dadufalza, the menu spotlights lobster across playful bites and precision-led classics, from silky lobster chawanmushi with roasted dashi and ginkgo nuts to lobster uni topped with gold leaf plus a crunchy lobster taco with ikura. The later courses include lobster tempura, smoked lobster infused with Conrad Bangkok’s very own rooftop honey, and a tom yum lobster crisp that packs a punch. It’s polished, indulgent and built for seafood lovers who want something a little extra. Dessert lands on a rich note with Brie de Meaux whip, umeshu-soaked cake and green tea sorbet.
