Kisara serves ocean-fresh indulgence in Bangkok
After a week buried under deadlines and paperwork, nothing soothes the soul quite like a night of ocean-fresh indulgence. Kisara, Conrad Bangkok’s Japanese restaurant, where Chef Ryan Dadufalza invites everyone on a ‘Maguro Omakase’ adventure, a 10-course tuna-themed feast straight from the waters of Japan.
Available only on Friday and Saturday nights, this omakase shines a spotlight on premium, freshly imported tuna, meticulously crafted in every step for you to savour. The highlight includes chawanmushi with tuna belly, classic akami nigiri and chutoro topped with uni. And just when you think you can’t handle another bite, they sneak in a spaghetti carbonara with bottarga and finish you off with a creamy Japanese Basque cheesecake. Treat yourself to a night (or two) at Kisara, where every dish melts stress with pure indulgence and the taste of Japan’s freshest tuna makes you feel like you’ve been whisked away to the coast.
Starts at B2,990. Reserve via 02-690-9999 and BKKCI.Kisara@ConradHotels.com. Kisara, Conrad Bangkok. Fridays and Saturdays. 6pm-10pm
