Time Out says

Danish coffee house La Cabra has recently opened a new outpost in Bangkok, giving brewed-cup enthusiasts a unique Nordic coffee experience.

To honor the fact that La Cabra comes from Aarhus, Denmark’s second-largest city and one of its most creative, the Thai undertaking was put up Charoenkrung, which is also known for its artsy vibes and vibrant energy.

La Cabra uses the “one roasting profile” technique, where a single coffee is roasted lightly to bring out the innate flavors and qualities of the bean. Highlights include Comfort (B110), a latte filled with the rich flavors of chocolate and nutty caramel, and Adventurous (B150), a stronger brew that exudes fruity and floral aromas.

You can also talk to skillful baristas and ask them to make a drink that suits your preference.
