LEOKA Teppanyaki opens at Pullman Bangkok King Power with a tight, counter-led setup that keeps the focus on the griddle. With just a dozen seats around the teppan, the experience leans intimate, with each dish prepared in front of guests without the usual theatrics.
The menu is built around curated set courses, moving from lighter starters into seafood and premium meats. Expect combinations like Hokkaido scallops, tiger prawns and lobster alongside Japanese A5 Wagyu, all handled with minimal seasoning to let the natural flavour come through. Garlic fried rice closes most menus, acting as a signature finish to the meal.
There’s a clear structure across the different sets, from simpler combinations of chicken, salmon or beef to more indulgent options pairing Wagyu with lobster and foie gras. Drinks follow the same direction, with sake, Japanese whisky and wine selected to match the pace of the courses.
