A queue builds up even before this humble push cart starts doling out fare at 20:00. As its name suggests, the eatery specializes in pork and beef skewers brushed with pla ra (fermented fish) sauce. There are no tables and chairs, but you are welcome to sit and eat on the mat-covered ground or on the sidewalk. The seller also offers more pla ra sauce for free in case you want your skewers dripping in the smelly delicacy.
