Mother’s Day comes to Lily’s and Caleō

Still looking for Mother’s Day plans? The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok has two different ways to celebrate. Lily’s brings together chefs from Khao San Sek, Delia and AKKEE for a one-day brunch of guest-chef dishes, seafood on ice, live stations and desserts, alongside creations from the hotel’s own kitchen. For something quieter, Caleō's Mother's Day Afternoon Tea takes coconut as its theme, pairing pastries inspired by familiar Thai flavours with finger sandwiches and scones. There’s also a traditional phuang malai workshop, where guests can make a jasmine garland to take home.
