Duet by David Toutain at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok hosts a rare series of collaborative dinners connecting Paris, Hong Kong and Bangkok through a lineup of four-hand and six-hand menus. The event brings together chef David Toutain with Duet’s chef Valentin Fouache and chef Joris Rousseau from Hong Kong’s Feuille for a short residency built around their shared ingredient-driven philosophy.
For a limited time, the restaurant presents a four-hand dinner with David Toutain cooking alongside Fouache, serving Duet’s newly reimagined signature menu and highlighting the restaurant’s focus on seasonal produce and refined technique. The collaboration then expands with a six-hand dinner that unites Toutain’s three restaurants for the first time. The eight-course menu combines ideas from Restaurant David Toutain in Paris, Feuille in Hong Kong and Duet in Bangkok, showing how one culinary philosophy can take shape across three different kitchens.
