Little Bao's founder chef May Chow will come together with her local chef friends including Le Du's Thitid, Bo.Lan's Dylan, and Little Beast's Nan from Little Beast to host a family-style dinner at Little Bao Bangkok to celebrate the occasion she's awarded Asia’s Best Female Chef 2017 by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Highlights of the six-course dinner include duck shumai (Chinese-style dumpling filled with duck), steamed crab, and red fermented short rib. The meal will be accompanied with drinks created by some of Bangkok's top bartenders—Jamie Rhind from Bamboo Bar, Saimai Natarat from Bunker, and Somkanay Singha and Minway Chi from Bootleggers.
