Ventisi at Centara Grand at CentralWorld sets up a sprawling seafood-focused buffet every Saturday night, built around an impressive spread and live-cooking stations. The lineup includes an array of fresh sashimi, shellfish and grilled favourites, with river prawns, squid, rock lobster and salmon forming the core of the selection.
Stations run throughout the evening, with seafood cooked to order alongside a wider buffet of hot and cold dishes. The experience includes a free-flow beverage package, keeping drinks aligned with the pace of the buffet.
