Ventisi at Centara Grand at CentralWorld turns Friday nights into a full Wagyu spread with a bountiful buffet offering different cuts and preparations of the richly marbled beef. The lineup moves from starters like Wagyu carpaccio and beef tartare into heavier plates including Rossini-style steak, grilled short ribs and Japanese-style teriyaki skewers, alongside dishes like Wagyu ravioli.
Seafood and sushi stations keep the balance in check, with river prawns, slipper lobster and mussels on ice, while Thai flavours work their way into the menu through plates like boat noodles, beef krapao and grilled beef tongue with nam jim jaew. A large dessert section rounds things off with panna cotta, chocolate tart and trays of petite cakes.
