Time Out says

This edition of Bangkok Underground Film Festival features screenings of 20 films over the course of two days. The films are from Thailand and all over the world, including Australia, Denmark, UK, US, and France which are a mixture of student work, documentary, animation, video art, drama, video art, and experimental work.
 
Entry by donation. No reservation required. Non-English films will be captioned in English.
