Time Out says

Chef Phanuphon “Black” Bulsuwan of Blackitch Artisan Kitchen will take over the kitchens of four dining venues in Bangkok.

Blackitch Artisan Kitchen, a trailblazer in Chiang Mai’s food scene, announced its temporary closure from March to April as it undergoes renovations in anticipation of the restaurant’s 10th-year anniversary.

“In celebration of our 10th anniversary, Blackitch would like to pause the operation temporarily for two months (March and April),” reads the announcement on the restaurant’s official Facebook post. “This May, the restaurant will come back with all-new changes, including the logo and the new concept of the Local Craft Space.”

In the meantime, its chef/owner, Phanuphon “Black” Bulsuwan, is by no means idling around doing nothing. The prolific restaurateur is coming to Bangkok to engage in several pop-up dining events in select venues around the city.

Bangkokians who are fans of Chef Black (or have never tried his food before) no longer need to go all the way up to the northern capital to experience his cuisine. The chef will be taking over the kitchens of these four venues in Bangkok for a pop-up dining gig:
