For one day only, Sarnies hosts Cypher Urban Roastery from the UAE for a tight, focused showcase. Expect a stripped-back menu of espresso, pour overs and signature drinks, plus a cupping session if you want to go deeper. Led by UAE Brewers Cup finalist Khadafi Anagara, it’s less about spectacle and more about technique – a chance to try a different brewing style without the usual fanfare.
