The brunch features the highly delectable dishes made by Indus's executive sous chef Ganesh Yadav, such as seven-hour slow cooked pulled leg of mutton Sikandri Raan, Lucknowi Chicken Dum Biryani, and street food snacks like Papadi Chaat or Papadam.
