This workshop is intended to provide knowledge for all tea lovers. The highlight is how to make Genmaicha, a type of gree tea, alongside how to roast rice specially for tea and many essential techniques for tea blending.
The class is limited to only eight students, and there will be desserts served for the entire 3-hour session.
