Tang Contemporary Art Bangkok is hosting a new solo exhibition by Thai artist Kitti Narod.
Entitled "Joy Land," the exhibition is curated by Guo Weiwei, in which 17 of the newest paintings made by Narod this year are displayed.
Narod is a respected painter whose work entails the essence of the vibrant natural world and tropical elements, and for "Joy Land," the artist has attempted to portray his interpretation of the world of joy—a utopia in which "everyone has equal opportunities."
The exhibition will showcase Narod's supreme artistic sense and critical take on society including the issues regarding the LGBTQ community. "Joy Land" will be opening for viewing from August 13 to September 20 at Tang Contemporary Art Bangkok, River City Bangkok.
