Time Out says

Chef Keiko from Chiang Mai's Japanese restaurant Aeeen is set to lead two workshops at Laliart in Ari this weekend that will teach you techniques to make Japanese cuisine: Sio Kouji and raw sweets.

The first class focuses on the fermented food "Sio Kouji" that you will get to bring back some back home. The class takes place on 2 April (B2,500 per person).

The other class aims at the making of raw sweets, such as chocolate, cake, and sushi rolls, that don't need too much heat or basic ingredients like flour, milk, butter, and eggs to cook. The class is on 3 April (B2,000 per person).
