Salmon and seafood take the lead at Sunday brunch

Bella Sera at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit brings back its Sunday brunch with a focus on salmon, running through the menu in both fresh and smoked forms. The spread includes dishes like salmon Wellington alongside a broad lineup of grilled and roasted mains, including Wagyu tomahawk and slow-roasted lamb leg.

Seafood plays a big role across the buffet, with imported selections and grilled half Brittany lobster alongside a mix of Italian, French, Japanese and Thai dishes. All the brunch buffet staples are there, from cold stations to hot plates and of course desserts, with live music running through the afternoon.
