Sirocco by lebua hosts La Devozione NYC for a three-night Italian takeover

There is something reassuring about restaurants focusing on the basics properly again, and Sirocco by lebua’s upcoming collaboration with La Devozione NYC leans fully into that idea. For three nights only, chefs Brian Rodriguez and Alessio Rossetti bring their New York restaurant to Bangkok with a menu centred around traditional Italian cooking, careful technique and strong ingredients. Recognised by Gambero Rosso, the duo take classic Italian flavours seriously without turning dinner into theatre. The setting helps too. Sirocco still knows how to make Bangkok feel cinematic after all these years.
