Baking is definitely on top of the hobby list of many lifestyle connoisseurs nowadays. If you're looking for a class that gives you knowledge of how to make pastry, this one couldn't be more ideal.

The Art of Lamination Workshop is hosted by Chef Jean-Philippe Landry, the French pastry chef who runs Maison Jean Philippe. The class will be focusing on how to make eight sorts of pastry, covering everything from basics to the making of fillings. Exclusively, the chef has come up with a special recipe for this very workshop.

So if you're passionate about making croissants, Brioche Feuilletée, or even a lesser-known Breton cake called Kouign-amann, come and join the workshop on either January 28 or 29 (09:00-18:00). The fee is priced at B22,000, including recipes, lunch, snacks, and drinks as well as a certificate from the chef.
