You wouldn’t think that one of Southeast Asia’s largest aquariums is located at Siam Paragon mall, right in the heart of Bangkok. This aquatic wonderland has 16 areas, including an underwater tunnel, and is home to more than 30,000 marine animals from all over the world. Exciting activities await, such as animal-feeding sessions, underwater talks by divers and a virtual reality show.

Located within Kasetsart University, Thailand’s oldest aquarium displays more than 500 species of freshwater fish native to Thailand, such as the Chao Phraya giant catfish, Siamese giant carp and Siamese tigerfish, and a diverse collection of aquatic plants.

This aquatic learning spot in Chonburi comprises six parts, each of which focuses on a particular marine plant, animal or organism. Saltwater fish, jellyfish and even a snapping turtle are some of the attractions.
