The St. Regis Bangkok's executive pastry chef Anupong "Aey" Nualchawee will host a class for those with a passion for chocolate to join in for all the basic know-how to create sweet menus out of this beloved confection.
The session is Chef Aey's teaching debut gig where he will draw 13 years of experience to create lessons around the use of chocolate to create wide-ranging desserts. Some of the premium ingredients that the participants will get their hands on include first-rate chocolate from Valrhona and Lindt as well as a selection of nuts, dried fruit, and candy.
The class will be hosted in a small size to allow intimate and personal vibes for both the chef and the learners, which will take place for two dates: June 9 and 19 (14:00-16:00). The entry fee is B1,100++ per person, including complimentary cake, non-alcoholic drinks, and gifts.
