Wittawat Tongkeaw, one of the Thai famed artists whose work is known for its realistic sensibilities, has returned with a new collection under the title The L/Royal Monument that tackles heavy issues around the social change and democracy.
Each of the artwork in the exhibition unveils Wittawat's perspectives on the suppression of freedom of thinking and expression regarding politics in the country. The artist has used his excellent skills to create realistic paintings that tell brilliant stories about the Thai society.
The L/Royal Monument is open for visitors now until October 31 at SAC Gallery on Tuesday-Saturday (10:00-18:00).
