Wanlop Hansunthai will be showing his new painting collection called The Rice-Field Crab Series, which takes place from August 23 to October 23 at Bipolar Art Studio, Soi Nana (Yaowarat).
The exhibition will showcase how the artist depicts powerful stories of our daily lives into vivid paintings covering wide-ranging themes including the simplicities of life, the living organisms, and the memories of the past.
Hansunthai is known from his renowned "Banana & Me," an artwork in the collection of MAIIAM Contemporary Art Museum Chiang Mai later included in his very first solo exhibition "CELL NUTURE" in 2019.
