At 1872 Lounge, the mood turns softer with chef Florian Couteau’s Romantic Afternoon Tea. Expect Oscietra caviar with whipped Franciacorta cream, Alaskan crab mousse touched with Provence rose, duck confit tartlets and floral-accented sweets served against the green backdrop of Nai Lert Park.
