One of Bangkok’s biggest fine-dining events is back with nine top chefs from award-winning restaurants around the world.
One of Bangkok’s biggest fine-dining events is back. This year, a week-long festival gathers nine chefs from this year’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, each of which will host two dinners in one of Anantara Siam’s restaurants.

n Rome, Italy; Kanesaka Shinji from Shinji by Kanesaka in Singapore; Mauro Colagreco from Mirazur in Menton,
France; Hideaki Sato from Ta Vie in Hong Kong; Josean Alija from Nerua at the Guggenheim Museum
in Bilbao, Spain; Marco Stabile from Ora d'Aria in Florence, Italy; Ana Ros from Hiša Franko in Kobarid, Slovenia; Dharshan Munidasa from Ministry of Crab in Colombo, Sri Lanka;and celebrity chef Bobby Chinn from Hanoi.
Dinners are a bit steep at B5,000 to 8,900 per person although the World Gourmet Brunch, the festival’s biggest event which takes place on 25 September, is priced at a more accessible B3,500 per person. Note to foodies: seats run out fast so make your reservations
