We love taking photos on our phones as much as everyone else, but won't be using selfie sticks the next time we want a group shot. Good news: some of the best bars in Chicago still have photo booths and for just a couple bucks, you'll have a strip of photos commemorating your evening out to tack to the fridge. From Logan Square to Uptown, here's where to find them.

Bar DeVille

The Art Deco bar has an extensive beer list, leather booths and a photo booth that spits out two strips of four photos in black and white or color.

Clubs

Beauty Bar

DJs turn the bar into an electro-dance party with drink and manicure specials. Hop into the photo booth to show off your freshly painted nails.

The Charleston

A dive no longer, the Charleston is now a go-to spot for sipping well-made cocktails and great local beers, while a DJ spins and sets the mood. Round up your friends and squeeze into the photo booth.

Music, Rock and indie

Fat Cat

icon-location-pin Uptown

The '40s-inspired bar is all about fun and games with occasional trivia and movie nights, shuffleboard, a pool table and a photo booth to remember, well, all the fun.

Bars, Dive bars

The Flat Iron

icon-location-pin Wicker Park
The dark bar is roomy and a little divey, and it's a low-key spot to spend a night in Wicker Park. It's open till 4am, and also has a photo booth.

Restaurants, American

Four Farthings

icon-location-pin Lincoln Park
This family-owned neighborhood pub does beer, wine and food better than most in its category, plus there's a patio in warmer months. There's also a photo booth, and if you don't want to take the strips home, add them to the collage on the wall.
Bars, Pubs

Holiday Club

icon-location-pin Uptown
The shiny awning and glittery old-Hollywood sign outside may draw us into this Uptown bar, but the photo booth keeps us staying much later than planned. The ’50s diner ambiance is swanky, the food is decent and the bar boasts a friendly crowd—so friendly that you may get back your photo strip and spot an unknown face.

Liar’s Club

icon-location-pin Lincoln Park

Dark, crowded and divey, the Liar’s Club has DJs, a pool table and a cover on the weekend. We'd rather save our cash for the photo booth, which will help you remember your most debaucherous of nights.

Bars, Beer bars

Lincoln Tap Room

icon-location-pin Lake View

This joint keeps it real with Hamm's in cans, two dozen taps, free pool on Wednesdays and an old-school photo booth that spits out two strips for $5.
