Since opening in February, House of Vans Chicago has hosted a handful of free concerts and welcomed skaters to its indoor skate park ("the only existing indoor skatepark in the Chicago metropolitan area," according to the company). Today, the West Loop venue announced its free summer concert series, dubbed Vans House Parties.

The series kicks off on June 9, with sets from Florida trap emcee Denzel Curry and Nyck @ Knight (a collaboration between Pro Era rappers Nyck Caution and Kirk Knight). The remainder of the concert lineup features plenty of local talent, including Chicago punk rockers the Lawrence Arms and newly-reunited emo act Cap’n Jazz. Other highlights include soul singer Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires and Los Angeles hip-hop group the Internet.

As usual, all shows at House of Vans are free with an RSVP. The RSVP list for each concert typically opens the week before it occurs, so you’ll need to be diligent about submitting your information if you want to see all five gigs. All Vans House Parties start at 7pm and are open to guests 18 and up (though, you can enjoy Goose Island beer from the bar that used to reside in the brewery’s Wrigleyville taproom if you’re of age).

Take a look at the complete list of free concerts below.
