Wicker Park's annual neighborhood street festival might not be as sprawling as Chicago's major summer music festivals, but few local events pack as much excitement into just two days. Wicker Park Fest's live music usually proves to be the main draw—the lineup nearly always includes some notable indie acts, including artists that might typically perform at one of Chicago's best music venues. Plus, there's plenty of shops and restaurants to visit as well local vendors serving up beer, tacos, burgers and more.
